“It’s not so much that we’re afraid of change or so in love with the old ways, but it’s that place in between that we fear . . . . It’s like being between trapezes. It’s Linus when his blanket is in the dryer. There’s nothing to hold on to.”

so well stated….that place in between of uncertainty. Fear is paralyzing at times. It’s worthless really. It makes our hearts race, our deodorant not work, and our nights sleepless. It is not productive and it’s all in our minds. Kind of tells you how powerful our minds are. I have a quote that is posted above my computer work space. It says, ” What would you do with all of your energy if you had no fear? ”
hmmmm…..

How very true! I hate wasting my energy on unnecessary things, yet it still gets wasted on them at times! It is very frustrating, but I try to use my yogi teachings to help combat that, it doesn’t always work, but I always feel better after trying.
